Rafael Nadal handles Tomas Berdych to make another BNP Paribas Open final

"If we forget about that double fault in the break point at 4-3 (his only double fault vs. 4 by Berdych), for the rest of the important moments my serve worked great. That’s very, very important.”
He ripped a couple of big points down the line with his forehand and stayed aggressive throughout.
Berdych admitted that he saw little letdown in Nadal’s game despite the layoff.
"He still play aggressive,” said Berdych. "What he was missing in his first matches when he come back after the injury, or the time he hasn’t been on tour, looks like he was maybe missing a bit of confidence — but definitely not today and not anymore.”
Berdych, who was broken in the second set and sent an errant shot wide when he lost it in the sun, said the biggest difference in the match was at 5-3 in the second set.
"Since that time I serve only one first serve and he serve only one second serve,” said Berdych, who was in the semis here for the first time. "Actually, that was the difference.”
